Little Light Workers - Reiki I for Children
Little Light Workers is a program I developed to teach Reiki I to children. Children learn the hands on techniques of Reiki. Reiki can be incorporated in every day life, using it as a tool for self-care to ground and heal both yourselves and others. It is a tool everyone can tap into and children are no exception!
The main objective to children’s Reiki is to plant seeds for healthy self-care and to help children learn to manage their own energy.
In this class children will learn about Reiki, Mindfulness, Light Work, Energy, Chakras, Meditation, and Breath to empower them to become aware of their own energy, promoting a whole child approach to helping impulse control, anxiety, and boosting confidence through self-awareness.

Weekly group classes are one hour in length.
This is a six week series.
It is preferred that children attend all six weeks to earn a certificate upon completion of the program.
