REIKI Energy Therapy
Reiki (ray-key) is Japanese for Universal Life Force.
Reiki hands on energy healing therapy facilitates self-healing through compassionate touch. This sacred form of healing originated over 2,500 years ago in Tibet and was rediscovered in the 1850's in Japan. It's been a effective tool used in healing in the US since the 1970's.
As a Master Level Reiki practitioner I am available for Reiki sessions as well as teaching Reiki and Reiki I & II Atttunements.
I started studing Reiki in 2015 and received my Reiki 1, 2, & Master Attunements with Libby Barnett, author of Reiki Energy Medicine and longest practicing Reiki Master on the East coast. Libby teaches in her home in NH and at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Stockbridge MA.
Reiki compliments traditional healing techniques and is a useful tool to help reduce anxiety and feel a over all sense of wellness. I conduct energy by gently placing my hands in a series of positions from head- to-toe. Reiki is gentle, soothing, and nurturing.
As a society we are touch deprived, healing touch is essential for our wellbeing.
